All stages of our restoration and/or polishing such as approximate time frame, arrival and departure times, how many of our team will be there, are clearly communicated to your staff. As a standard feature of our routine maintenance program, our staff will visit your location continually to monitor the wear on your stone and communicate any issues needing attention immediately to your staff.
GK’s also arranges training for the in house cleaning staff of commercial properties on the do’s and don’ts of natural stone. Most cleaning staff people use what they consider to be “safe” techniques and chemicals on their stone to care for it on a daily basis. What may be safe for tile and ceramic, can be damaging to natural stone. GK’s can train your cleaning staff on how to maintain, on a daily basis, the appearance of your natural stone.
